Ksenija Orelj

Presentation "Insert - Retrospective of Croatian Video Art"

Bborn in Rijeka in 1979. She graduated in History of Art and German Language and Literature from the Zagreb aculty of Humanities in 2003.
Since 2008 she has worked as a coordinator and curator at the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Rijeka (MMSU Rijeka). She has contributed several curatorial projects to the emerging art scene in Croatia, as well as several broadcasts on contemporary art to the Croatian Radio Television (educational programme ART-NET). Since 2004 she regularly writes for the magazine Vijenac (www.matica.hr/Vijenac), and occasionally for the magazine Kontura, as well as the daily newspaper Novi list.
She is a member of the Croatian Museum Association, Croatian Association of Art Historians, International Association of the Biennial of Young Artists of Europe and Mediterranean.
